Upon termination, you will immediately lose all right to use Hubb Service.

Hubb Pro Subscription

By subscribed to Hubb Pro Services, you are agree to follow the Terms and if for any reason, whatsoever including without limitation we may terminate or suspen your subscription if you breach the Terms without prior notice.

Your Subscription will not automatically renew and have to be renewed manually with another purchase of subscription package.

Subscription Fee

Hubb Link at any time may modify the Subscription Fee and will be effective immediately on the next Subscription Purchase.

Free Trial

Hubb Link at any time may modify the free trial duration that user get on the referral program.

Hubb Link may and can have another program other that referral program to offer a free trial on predefined duration.

Hubb Link with it is sole discretion can give a free for use Pro Subscription to Hubb Link Business Partner with certain duration and can terminate it at any time without prior notice.

Hubb Pro Refund Policy

Except when required by law, Subscription Fees that have been paid are non-refundable.

When in any case there is a faulty on our third-party payment system, you can issue a request refund for the amount that you have not paid with consent. The refund duration will be 30 days of work and can be transferred to Local Indonesia Bank or PayPal Account.

Third Party Integration

Upon integration with any other third-party on Hubb Pro Feature, you agree to share your data to the third-party (ex: Facebook or Google) and responsible for any data that you have sent to the third-party prior to third-party user agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

Hubb Link is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

The Hubb Link is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Country of Indonesia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and courts located in Indonesia for the resolution of any disputes.
